The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM on June 1, 2015 by President Durachko. In attendance were members Lon Beck, Hunter Robertson, Johnathan White, Gene Tucker, Andy Richards, Tracey Besemer, Andy Cobaugh, Steve Dillon, Keith Koch, Dirk Grupe, Melvin Shuey, Dan Durachko, Cody Martin, Ken Dishman, and Tom Canich.
The May meeting minutes were reviewed. Keith Koch moved to accept the minutes as submitted, seconded by Ken Dishman. The motion carried.
The Treasurer reports an opening balance of $54,860.85. Activity in the past month includes payments and reimbursements for the RDC project, dues to the RPCA, and expenses to prepare and file our form 990 with the IRS. We earned $5 via the Amazon Smile program, a charity program which allows Amazon users to specify a charity to receive a donation from Amazon at no cost to the receiving charity. We also received a $100 donation from a non-member and $300 in membership dues and donations. Our closing balance is $54,615.84. We have outstanding balances to the JRA for work on the Bellefonte siding and approved overage on the RDC project of up to $20,000. Dirk Grupe moved to accept the report, seconded by Hunter Robertson. The motion carried.
The RDC project is projected to be about $16,500 over the granted amount, leaving $3,500 of additional approved but uncommitted funds. Work is continuing on the car. Compression testing on the A-end engine passed but we are waiting on a cost for parts to rebuild or replace the injectors.

Tracey and Gary are working on plans to move the caboose to a covered location where work can move more rapidly.
The Lemont track did not have weeds above the rail head as of two weeks ago. Dirk moved we spend up to $500 on a spray setup to apply chemical weed control. Tracey seconded the motion, which carried.
Work on the rule book is progressing.
Equipment is in place to perform the overhaul on the Bellefonte siding. Work is expected to start this week.
The freight house move from near the old Bush House site is still being finalized. The Bellefonte Borough must approve the plan.
Gene Tucker will make his pump car available at the Lemont Strawberry festival. It will run between Mary Street and Mt. Nittany Road. A $1 donation is suggested for rides. 5-6 volunteers will be needed to support operations of the pump car and the speeder rides at the event with 2-3 on hand at 2:30 to check the track, hang signs, and organize materials.
Dan Durachko moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Tracey Besemer. The motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
