The meeting was called to order at 7 PM by President Durachko.  Present were members Ken Dishman, Dan Durachko, Dave Felice, Cody Martin, Tom Milton, Johnathan White, Steve Dillon, Andy Richards, Andy Cobaugh, Hunter Thompson, and Tom Canich.

Secretary Canich presented minutes from the November meeting.  Cody Martin moved to accept, seconded by Ken Dishman; the motion carried.

Treasurer Richards presented the financial report.  We had an opening balance of $87,654.67.  We paid $380 to WPSU for advertising expenses, $150 donated to the fire police for their help during Fall Foliage, paid our insurance premiums, Rail Mechanical Services, and submitted payment to SEDA-COG JRA for Fall Foliage revenue.  We expect to receive approximately $14,000 for our share of the Fall Foliage revenue.  The Nutty Bavarian gave us $346.35 and $100 reimbursement for a credit card ticket sale processed on their equipment.  Our closing balance is $40,522.01.  Ken Dishman moved to accept, seconded by Steve Dillon; the motion carried.

Webmaster Cobaugh reported 3,606 sessions in the month of November.

Membership interim Chair Durachko notes the need for a new membership chair.  Interested parties please contact Dan.

DSLE Dillon is investigating durable name tags to be worn by operating crew.  Plastic engraved tags can be had for $2-3.  Members will be able to purchase a name tag at cost.  The Society may consider purchasing tags for regular contributors.  Steve will develop a quote and present it at a future meeting.  We discussed what should appear on the tags: logos, and combinations of first name, last name, initials.

92-day inspections on the RDC and other equipment will require an inspection pit.  A pit is available at the NSHR engine house.  We will need to make arrangements with NSHR for permission to use this.  Somebody will need to be responsible for tracking 92-day inspections and arranging new inspections.  We need to resume negotiations with NSHR regarding an operating contract.

Santa Express excursions will include caboose fares sold as a unit.  Donny will be available on the caboose and the Durachkos and Canich are available to assist him as needed.  Cookies will be provided to the riders.  Volunteer bakers to provide 2-3 dozen are requested.  Dan will make custom greeting signs for each party.  Remaining tickets for Santa Express will be released to bring all rides to 340 tickets.  Andy Cobaugh will send a sign-up sheet for volunteers.

Steve Dillon moved to adjourn, seconded by Andy Cobaugh; the motion carried.
Meeting adjourned 8 PM.
