BHRS is pleased to announce our 2013 Fall Foliage and Santa Express Schedule.
Fall Foliage weekend will kick off with a new event this year. On Friday night October 18th we will offer family friendly Halloween train rides! These trips will be 1 hour long, round trip from Bellefonte to Axeman (Fish hatchery) and will feature fun Halloween characters on board the train. Costumes are encouraged! On Saturday and Sunday October 19th and 20th join us for our traditional Fall Foliage excursions. This year's trips will be round trip to Lemont, Sayers Dam and Tyrone.
Santa Express returns on the weekend of December 21, 22, & 23, with our traditional out and back, family oriented trips to Axeman.
Tickets for Fall Foliage will go on sale, on our website, in late August.

Halloween train: 10/18 Departing at 6 and 8 pm, one hour round trip, $10

Fall Foliage train:
10/19 Departing for Lemont at 10am and 1pm, two hour round trip, $15
10/19 Departing for Sayers Dam at 4pm, two and a half hour round trip, $20
10/20 Departing for Tyrone at 1pm, 4.5 hour round trip, $30

Santa Express:
All Trains are 1 hour round trip, $10
12/20 Departing at 6 and 8 pm
12/21 Departing at 10am, 12, 2, 4, and 6pm
12/22 Departing at 12, 2, 4, and 6pm

Kids 2yrs old and under riding on an adult's lap are free. All trains will depart at the scheduled time. Round trip times are approximate. BHRS cannot be responsible for delays due to track, weather, or mechanical problems, please plan accordingly.

We encourage you to enjoy downtown Bellefonte before or after your train ride! There are many good restaurants and shops in town. Please check our site, when tickets go on sale, for information on local business offering discounts to BHRS ticket holders.
